Meet our Team
Established as a Limited Company in 2003 Adroit Services Limited are a family run plumbing and heating company with over 40 years’ experience, run by husband and wife team Dave and Paula Temple. The company has recently reduced in size, but with our focus still remaining on maintaining a high quality ethos for all works carried out. From a small plumbing repair to full installations we are experienced in all aspects of plumbing and all our engineers are trained to carry out all jobs to a high quality, ensuring all elements of health and safety and customer service are considered at all times.
David Temple
Company Director and Founder
Dave started his plumbing career initially in Cambridgeshire and set up the Company in 2003 in Rugby. Since then David has continued to develop and grow the business to the successful operation that it is today, where much of the business comes from referrals. His expert knowledge and strive for perfection has led him to gain the excellent reputation that the company has today as all Adroit Services employees strive for that same level of perfection and customer service.
Paula Temple
Company Director
As well as the company director, Paula is the wife of David Temple. Whilst Paula has supported David since the business started her experience comes from 19 years working with Barclays Bank, 5 years of which was spent as a project manager. Paula is responsible for the operational and financial management of Adroit Services Limited and also tendering for new contracts.
Adam Howes
Bathroom Installer and Gas Engineer
Adam joined us in 2015. Adam bought a lot of experience with him and in addition to gaining his gas qualifications is now one of our main bathroom installers. Adams experience enables him to undertake each installation confidently and he always manages to delight the customer with the level of quality seen in the result of his workmanship. Adam is a great addition to our team and a valuable member of the company.
Mark Thomas
Senior Gas Engineer and Bathroom Installer
Mark is the longest serving of all our engineers joining us in 2004 and originally came to us for work experience whilst he was still at school. Mark has continued to gain more qualifications following his initial plumbing apprenticeship and is now one of our most qualified gas engineers with a range of plumbing and gas qualifications including LPG. In addition to heating installations, breakdown and servicing, Mark is also our expert regarding Honeywell Evohome heating systems, as well as having installed many bathrooms and shower rooms. Mark's expertise, drive for perfection and friendly courteous nature makes him an asset to our company.
The team is supported by local suppliers, manufacturers and bodies such as Gas Safe, CIPHE and Safe Contractor. We also have a team of local professional qualified sub-contractors of other trades including electrical, plastering, roofing, decorating and brickwork, which enables us to manage all aspects of installation work on your behalf.
